Well I did not paint the peacock feather. This is a real peacock feather inserted on top of my paining. Just to make sure nobody thinks I maimed one of these gorgeous animals, the feather is purchased from a zoo where they sell the peacocks' fallen feathers. I came up with the idea of inserting the peacock feather on the paining, because I was messing around with my favourite colours, green and blue and managed to create a nice shade. But the painting was missing something interesting in the middle and I thought of this peacock feather that I had had for years but didn't really know how to display it. I also added some golden and rose gold embossing on the edges to match to other colours on the feather. This painting is actually available for purchase on eBay at https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/323066492730?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1558.l2649
